CLUB NEWS / Fan Behaviour At Hartsdown Park
Margate Football Club is aware of an incident that took place after last week’s Bostik Premier League fixture at home to Harrow Borough.
At the conclusion of the game two pints of beer were thrown onto the field of play in plastic cups.
After a thorough investigation, the supporter was identified and has been banned from Hartsdown Park for a three month period.
The supporter identified showed remorse for their actions and has offered to also carry out volunteer work at Hartsdown Park throughout the week until the ban is completed.
Margate Football Club would like to remind all supporters attending Hartsdown Park whether a home fan, away fan or neutral that behaviour like last week will not be tolerated and anyone found or seen to be acting inappropriately will face appropriate action.
Everyone at MFC looks forward to welcoming new fans to Hartsdown Park for tomorrow’s Emirates FA Cup fixture against Herne Bay.
