Free Halloween fun at Hartsdown
We couldn't let a game on Tuesday 31st October pass without a bit of Halloween fun.
This week's mid-week Bostik League game against Metropolitan Police will have a spooky twist as we provide lots of Halloween fun for ghosts and ghouls of all ages to enjoy!
With proceedings beginning at 6pm, a face painter will be in the bar from 6pm-8pm to give fans a spook-tacular makeover with funds raised going to Margate FC's Community Trust.
They'll be a mini kid's disco taking place, with apple bobbing and an arts and craft area for younger fans to enjoy.
Under 16 fans are also encouraged to come over to the face painting area, where the first 10 in fancy dress can sign up to take part in our Halloween half-time penalty shoot out. The winner will receive a signed Match Day Magazine to be presented by a member of the first-team squad.
Anyone who does pick up a Match Day Magazine can also enter our prize draw to win a signed Chris Sessegnon canvas. All you need to do is spot the number of hidden pumpkins in tomorrow's edition.
If that wasn't enough, any supporters who attend Tuesday's match in Halloween themed fancy dress, will get a token for a FREE pint or soft drink to claim before 7:30pm.*
And when it comes to fancy dress tomorrow...no tricks please** We will only be issuing a token to those who truly make the effort with their fancy dress!***So, no putting on an eye patch from your child's pirate costume or pinching a cardboard mask! We mean business on the costumes!
See you then...
*Tokens will not be accepted after 7:30pm
**Tokens must be used to those they were issued to. They can not be redeemed or exchanged by or on behalf of anyone else
***Margate FC reserves the right to issue tokens as appropriate.
