The 23- year old attacker arrives after scoring three times in 15 appearances for the Angels this season.
Portuguese Soares-Junior includes Queen of the South, Billericay and Grays Athletic amongst his former clubs.
Manager Reece Prestedge admitted it had been a very promising day for the Club after the earlier signing of Yaser Kasim and the loan extension of Matty Macarthur from Gillingham.
“Ruben is another really promising signing for us. Being able to strengthen the squad ahead of a tough run of fixtures is brilliant and will help improve the squad further.”

Soares-Junior is available for selection away at Enfield Town should he be selected by Prestedge.
