Special guests attending Harrow game
This Saturday, the club is delighted to welcome two very special guests to walk out with the first team.
Harry and Ethan play for Margate Football Club Under 15s. Ahead of an exciting new campaign, the pair took part in one of their final pre-season fixtures at King’s Hill.
Unfortunately, in the second half, the pair collided in a nasty aerial challenge which resulted in the game being abandoned and both players requiring hospital care for several days.
Whilst they have made good recoveries, Harry and Ethan are set for a period on the side lines.
To help cheer them up and make our get well wishes known, the brave duo have been invited to this Saturday's game against Harrow Borough. They will have the opportunity to meet the first team, walk out with the starting eleven and perform ball boy duties with their team-mates.
The boys will be joining a crowd watching The Gate seek their seventh win in a row, taking on fifth placed Harrow Borough. The visitors will present a big challenge for Steve Watt and his side, so the club is calling on all fans to join them at Hartsdown Park to attempt to break our record crowd this season, and push the boys towards a vital three points.
Fans can purchase tickets to the game at our turnstiles from 1:30pm.
Adult entry costs £10, Concessions are £8, U11s-17 tickets are £5, whilst all Under 11s are welcome for free.
So if you don't have anything planned this Saturday: now you do. See you at Hartsdown Park.
