Poku has enjoyed an incredible career to date and can include Luton Town, Mansfield, Woking and Havant & Waterlooville amongst his former clubs.
Poku featured for Enfield FC this season, however now links up with the Blues as they head to Canvey Island in the Isthmian Premier Division on Saturday afternoon.
Manager Reece Prestedge was delighted to add the experienced midfielder to the squad.
“Godfrey will add experience to the middle of the park. Obviously losing a player like Montel was difficult, but Godfrey will come in and help drive us forward.”
Godfrey unfortunately will be cup-tied for the ‘Gate in this season’s Emirates FA Cup having already featured in the competitions for Enfield FC.
Margate can also confirm that midfielder Roberto Ratti has departed Hartsdown Park. Everyone would like to wish Roberto all the best for the future.
