20 year-old Howard has impressed at the Charles Ground, and Manager Andy Drury has won the race to bring the pacey winger to Hartsdown Park.
Howard is returning to familiar surroundings having been a product of Margate’s Academy, before signing for Deal Town.
Andy Drury believes that the Blues have another exciting prospect on their books, after completing the signing of Taylor Fisher yesterday.
“Troy has so much pace that it is scary. He will be able to get down the wings and really impact the game for us”.
“We are looking to have a good blend of experience with some exciting young talent this season, and our first two signings have shown that we are building an exciting squad ahead of the new season”.
Everyone at the club would like to welcome Troy back to Hartsdown Park.
