Margate travel to ‘The Stadium’ as they face Hornchurch in the Isthmian Premier Division on Tuesday evening looking to extend their unbeaten start to the season.
The ‘Gate went third in the table after Saturday's 4-2 win over Leatherhead, whilst tonight’s opposition currently sit 11th in the table after suffering a 1-0 defeat away at Bishops Stortford on Saturday.
Margate should be able to welcome back left back Joe Anderson after he missed Saturday's win but they could be without Jack Richards after he suffered a back injury in that win over Leatherhead.
Jay Saunders will have to choose who start up top with all his strikers in form, however Vance Bola would have done his chances of starting no harm after netting an unstoppable strike after coming off the bench on Saturday.
After their FA Trophy success last year winning the Trophy at Wembley big things are expected of Hornchurch this season. The ‘Urchins’ are managed by former Gillingham boss Mark Stimson and have the ability to call upon seasoned pro’s Ricky Hales, Ollie Muldoon and prolific striker Sam Higgins to their side in what is sure to be a tough test for Saunders and his side.
Kick off at ‘The Stadium’ is scheduled for 7:45pm, however those unable to travel can keep up to date at the clubs official Twitter @margate_fc
