CLUB NEWS / East Mencap Festival This Thursday
On Thursday 9 August, our friends at East Mencap are hosting a Festival which fans, neighbours and the local community are invited to.
Open from 10am to 4pm, they’ll be plenty to enjoy, from live music and circus skills to sports, animals and more.
Refreshments will be available in the club house and the food court beside the pitch.
The event is aimed at adults and children with a learning disability and their families, but everyone is welcome as we aim to raise awareness of learning disabilities to the wider community.
Entry is £3.50 or £10 for 4 and there will be no charge for any activities although visitors may want to bring some cash for a cup of tea or Festival merchandise.
