Craig and Davey Join Margate

By Josh Cole

We are pleased to announce the signing of left back, Ross Craig, and midfielder, Brandon Davey!

Craig is a highly sought after left back at step four level, playing 34 games last campaign, hitting amazing form towards the latter stages of last season, which caught the eye of many clubs in this league and higher!

Davey has been at Corinthians for the past three years and has been exceptional in the middle of the park, winning players player, two years in a row, as well as playing over 100 games for Corinthian by the age of 20!

Ben Greenhalgh had his say on the two new additions: “Rossi was recommended to me by so many who played against him last season, and we managed to watch him for four games where he really impressed us! As soon as we had the conversation with him, he was on board. He is a young player that we look forward to being our number three for the season.”

“Brandon is a player we’ve coached and helped for five years now; he was one of our strongest players coming through Dartford and has been amazing for Corinthians over the last three years. We agreed it’s time for him to step up and challenge himself by being a strong part of our plans here at Margate!”
