PLAYER NEWS / Howard Departs Hartsdown Park
Howard joined the club in the summer under Andy Drury, however found first team appearances limited due to an ongoing ankle injury. Having spent the last month having been on loan with previous Club Deal Town, Howard returned and expressed a desire to leave Hartsdown Park.
Manager Reece Prestedge said on the departure: “It is a real shame that Troy wants to leave as I feel like he never really got an opportunity with us and we wanted to see him kick on since returning from Deal”.
“Unfortunately for several different reasons Troy wanted to move on from the club but myself and Ben have assured him that the door is always open if he wants to return to the club in the future”.
Everyone at Hartsdown Park would like to wish Troy all the best for his future endeavours and thank him for his time at Margate.
