Evan Paris' side will welcome Thamesview FC Ladies on a date to be confirmed but most likely Sunday 26 August.
Whoever wins the tie is rewarded with a trip to Burgess Hill Town in First Round.
Margate Season Ticket holders can watch Bluebirds games for free. The team are in action this Sunday 5 August welcoming Medway side Anchorians to Hartsdown Park for a 2:30pm kick-off.
