CLUB NEWS / Head of Recruitment Appointed
Steven is local to Hartsdown Park as he was born and bred in Margate. Steven runs his own agency called SCSA Sports Management and has experience working with EFL clubs such as Crawley and Gillingham and has also worked closely with Dover and Welling.
Before football, Steven worked within recruitment and is incredibly excited to be representing his hometown club in this new role.
“We hope that Steve will aid our external recruitment and scouting going forwards. It is such an important element of our club operations. Also, we’ll have more announcements on our internal talent ID later this month.”
